Our Process

Learn First. Decide Later.

Applying to our program is informational, not a commitment.

It begins a conversation—so you can learn, ask questions, and decide in your own time.

We do not ask families to commit until puppies are born.

Apply
  • The application helps us understand your lifestyle, experience, and goals.
  • It does not reserve a puppy or place you on a waitlist.
  • Some families apply simply to learn. That’s welcome.
Guidance & Readiness
  • If our program appears to align with your goals, we continue the conversation.
  • We focus on readiness, timing, and what life with a puppy truly involves.
  • If the timing isn’t right, we’ll say so clearly and kindly.
Planned Litters
  • We may share information about planned or upcoming litters.
  • At this stage, nothing is reserved and no decision is required.
  • This step exists for clarity—not urgency.
Puppies Are Born
  • Once puppies are born and developing, families may decide whether to move forward.
  • This is when real options exist, including general characteristics such as color or coat.
Commitment Comes After
  • A reservation or deposit is discussed only after you choose to proceed.
  • We do not ask families to commit to a puppy that doesn’t yet exist.
Matching, Go-Home & Support
  • Puppies are matched thoughtfully, with temperament and household fit in mind.
  • We guide preparation before go-home and remain available for support as your puppy grows.
  • Our process is calm by design.
  • Education comes first.
  • Decisions come with clarity.
  • Commitment comes last.
